The AK4E project in Kyiv is a 601 sqm private house that embodies radical architectural minimalism. The building's concept is centered on the dominance of massive concrete structures, forming a strict and confident silhouette. The primary element of the facade is the expansive panoramic glazing, which blurs the boundaries between the interior space and the surroundings, filling the house with natural light. Architectural precision and the rejection of superfluous decor allow the purity of materials and the interplay of geometric volumes to take center stage. This project is for those who value monumentality, functional aesthetics, and architectural uncompromisingness.
