Building on the West Coast of the United States is always a challenge of topography and context. At Sirotov Architects, we create exteriors that do not attempt to conquer nature but rather become its organic, sculptural addition. Our specialty is architecture and exterior design in California, based on the principles of modern brutalism. We use massive concrete volumes and radically simple geometric forms to create buildings that feel eternal and resilient, like cliffs rising above the ocean.

The foundation of our projects is the indoor-outdoor living concept, an integral part of California culture. We design villas where the boundary between the interior space and the exterior is almost entirely eliminated. Our projects feature cantilevered concrete terraces overhanging canyons, open courtyards with water elements, and panoramic glass facades. Architectural planning from our bureau always accounts for the local climate, ensuring natural ventilation and optimal insolation.

Utilizing the Unreal Engine for visualization allows our clients to see their future home in the context of the actual site before any ground is broken. We refine the architectural form to perfection in a digital model to avoid any errors during construction. Today, the bureau's founder personally oversees every stage of implementation, from the foundation to the final facade finishing, ensuring uncompromising quality.
